Como Tech Recrutador Autônomo, você vai:

- **Interagir com o cliente para alinhamento das necessidades** de cada projeto e levantamento das informações necessárias para a divulgação de cada vaga;
- **Entrevistar profissionais** nos aspectos técnicos, comportamentais e com relação à experiência;
- **Acompanhar as etapas do processo que serão realizadas na empresa cliente**;

Você vai utilizar todo o seu talento para ampliar suas redes de contatos, identificar as pessoas com perfil, por meio de entrevistas, avaliações de competências e técnicas para preencher as posições ofertadas por nossos clientes.

- **Trabalhar remotamente**, conectada em nosso sistema de gestão (Nós utilizamos a Kenoby), podendo residir em qualquer lugar do Brasil ou no exterior e, além disso:

- **Trabalhar com um time de profissionais com grande experiência** em aquisição de talentos, hunting e R.P.O;
