The business/ systems analysis specialist has a broad and deep knowledge of customers' business environments, operations, relevant regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks as well as industry-standard processes, key trends, customer segments, and lines of business. He/ she demonstrates this knowledge and experience to advise on, capture, and define business and system requirements and processes that best reflect customer needs, based on product capabilities and best practices.

**What will your job look like?**:

- Accurately anticipate current and future business requirements to meet the customer needs
- Ensure high business value based on product capabilities and best practices while ensuring proficient business value between business processes, technology, and people.
- Leading customers to the efficient solutions, by observing the overall picture while maintaining a level of detail appropriate to the context.
- Demonstrate deep business and technology expertise
- Identify requirements, assess capability gaps, and propose possible solution approaches and/ or new capabilities that the project, iteration, or work effort should deliver.
- Build positive relationships with the customer IT and business partner group at the most senior levels of the organization and become aware of customer IT plans, budget and business roadmaps
- Lead E2E solution domain and take full responsibility for own work; Lead the work of other internal or external BAs and users (indirectly/ matrix); May provide quality review of BAs work to ensure that the business analysis work is of sufficient quality to meet solution objectives and deliver business value; Handle requirements traceability and prioritization.
- Collaborate with project/line/solution manager on the planning and estimation of BA activities; Supervise BA activities, develop and handle requirements management plan.
- Responsible for developing and leading practices and standards and IP within the unit/ organization.

**All you need is...**:

- Computer Science Degree or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System
- Experience in the telecom industry and/or IT, practical experience in business/system analysis, working with customers on requirements and business processes definition, in a variety of complex situations.
- Knowledge or experience with BSS prepaid and postpaid Solutions.
- Readiness to lead all kinds of online and offline sessions with the customer (solution discovery, verification, defense/Q&A, roadmaps presentations, etc.), good English verbal skills.
- Ability to assimilate customers’ IT landscape, integrations, and key business processes and e2e products design.
- Wide knowledge & experience in a set of products & master in E2E Business processes at least in one, if not most business domains.
- Proficient experience in partner and client management.
