**What’s the role?**

As a Recruiter, you will be accountable for resourcing delivery for Brazil, which includes Internal Resourcing, External Recruitment, and Contingent Workforce. You will be responsible for securing great talent, with a focus on Graduates, Experienced Professionals, and Contractors as well as market positioning of Shell.

In this role, you are expected to develop credible relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to understand business strategies, priorities, and talent needs.

You will be working in a global team environment to ensure end-to-end resourcing delivery and to help Shell become one of the most diverse, equitable and inclusive organizations.

**What we need from you?**
- Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil on a full-time basis.
- Minimum of a university degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR with exposure and/or experience in Recruitment.
- Strong English and Portuguese language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills over video conferencing technologies.
- Experience in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics such as Workday, Power BI, etc.
- Relevant experience of supporting recruiting processes and delivering operational excellence in a global organization
- Focus on Ethics and Compliance and Safety standards.- Timely and accurate tracking and recording of information in our recruitment systems.
- Confidence in coaching and guiding hiring managers on effective resourcing.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule that will combine working on-site as well as working from home or a remote location
