We're looking for a talented, creative and experienced graphic designer for our social media ad agency (Adcrate.co). Here's everything you need to know:

- You’re a team player
- You’ve produced ads for ECommerce brands on platforms like Facebook
- You’re fluent in English and are confident communicating on calls (both internally and externally)
- You’re open-minded and willing to learn
- You are able to take feedback and use your initiative to manage video revisions
- You use Instagram/Facebook/TikTok in your free time sometimes you feel you spend _a bit_ too much time on there - but at least you know the platform well

**What you’ll be doing**
- Managing revisions, and helping us modify existing assets with new angles/edit styles.
- Ensuring all ads are completed on time and to a high standard ready for client launches.
- Keeping a pulse on Facebook and paid ads to find out what’s working for others, what’s trending etc., and incorporate this into your production.
- If you have experience creating thumbnails for YouTube videos and info-product ads, that's a plus

**Expectations**:

- You're available during GMT 9-5.30pm via Slack, Monday-Friday.
- We have a weekly video meeting to align the team once a week, you'd be joining us in these.

- **This role is on a freelance basis, however we're wanting to work with serious applicants that are looking for long-term, on going work. If you're a great fit, this will become a full-time position.**_
