**Mandatory skills**
- 5 + years of experience as a ServiceNow
- Act as a liaison with each of the manufacturing site from the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)perspective
- Provide guidance on CMDB Data when asked by the manufacturing site SME.
- Review data loading sheets when submitted via the CMDB Request portal.
- Ensure new Manufacturer & Product Models are entered in the core data product table manually or through data loads.
- Interact with the manufacturing site SME when data clarification is needed.
- Anticipated involvement per site is 2-3 days.
- Manual data entry for Manufacturing Applications and device mappings in phase 2
- Support other CMDB administration during times of low project activity.
