Job Title: Backend Developer (Java)
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to design and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to define and implement best practices for software development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java fundamentals.
- Solid experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
- Proficient in building RESTful web services.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
