**Description and Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled principal solution architects.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Drive the strategic vision and direction of the DWS solution architecture team.

**LATAM DWS/HCS Deals**:

- Oversee and guide the development of solutions for LATAM DWS/HCS deals.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with client needs and company goals.
- Engage with clients to present and advocate for proposed DWS/HCS solutions.

**Practice Development**:

- Create and develop the DWS/HCS practice, ensuring the adoption of best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for geo-based solution architects.
- Ensure continuous improvement and innovation within the DWS /HCS practice.

**Solution & Transition Artifacts**:

- Lead the creation of comprehensive solution artifacts, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Develop transition artifacts to ensure smooth handover from solution design to implementation and operations.
- Ensure all artifacts meet quality standards and align with client requirements and expectations.

**Generative AI & Industry Expertise**:

- Incorporate the latest Generative AI technologies into DWS solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to GSI solution architecture.
- Leverage extensive experience in working for a large global systems integrator to drive innovative and scalable solutions.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for the DWS practice at industry events and conferences.

**Performance & Reporting**:

- Monitor and report on the performance of the DWS/HCS solution architecture team.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of solutions.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Report directly to the WW SSG ISO Presales leader, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on digital workplace solutions.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering DWS solutions for global clients.
- Extensive experience in working for a large global systems integrator.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital workplace domain.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Prior experience in a director-level role or equivalent.
