**Your mission**:
LaFinteca is looking for an HR Generalist to help build our Brazilian team and bring our company’s values and vision to life. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about HR, deeply values working with people, and understands that our team members are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for various roles (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Financial departments, etc.)
- Coordinate and enhance onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and understand company values, culture, and expectations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and performance management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the Brazilian market, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

**Your profile**:

- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR fundamentals and best practices.
- Native Portuguese speaker with professional proficiency in English (C1).
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to tackle a variety of HR challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee records and recruitment processes.
