**Responsibilities**:
- Drive Cluster Transition together with Head of PDC/PMO, Digital Solution leader;
- Support to implement the Project Management Governance;
- Project roadmap aligned with Business (PLM/DTX/Strategy) for all streams;
- Ensure working together with the Digital Solutions Lead that scope is well defined & milestones for sub-projects/ work
- packages of the different streams are aligned with the main project timeline;
- Support capacity planning & clarify/ negotiate resource allocation (skills & capacity);
- Tracking on budget versus actual review;
- Intense and proactive communication all between all stakeholders, mainly executive leadership DTX | PLM | R&D, cross-functional areas;
- Brings best practices from Agile methodology to be applied on Software projects;
**Requisitos**:
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Technology field;
- Minimum 5 years' experience coordinating and/supporting business projects;
- Demonstrates effective coaching skills in a matrix environment;
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification required. Exception: if in process of gaining, must be completed within first year of employment;
- Experience with New Product Launch and Gated Launch Process, preferred;
- Customer / Supplier Relationship Management experience, preferred;
- LEED Green Associate certification, preferred;
- Agile projects certification and experience;
- Availability for international travel;
