**Job Role Summary**:
In the High Risk Controls Data and Analytics group, this individual would interface with Audit and their corporate stakeholders to broadly represent Procurement and their interests in various PtP risk management processes. This individual would act as the link between Procurement stakeholders and Audit.
**Job Role Responsibilities**:
- Owns the mapping of key risks associated with the requisition to pay process
- Owns risk visualizations look and feel interfacing with the developer(s) to ensure consistency and long-term vision for visualization usage
- Owns process of reducing false positives in the data set including, but not limited to, understanding coding processes, data stack configurations and SAP research
- Manages organizational access to the new Risk Visualizations portal (Who sees what?)
- As a key member, provides key ideation and risk test priorities input
- Executes root cause analysis leading to risk mitigation steps and opportunity identification (business efficiencies, process improvement, anomaly detection)
- Managed associated project that flow out of this analysis
**Expected Level of Proficiency**:
- An advanced understanding of the PtP processes is essential
- A comprehensive understanding of the procurement organization is essential
- Ability to work with advanced analytics tools such as Power BI
- Ability to effectively communicate within cross-functional teams, understanding and balancing each organization’s key priorities.
