ATIVIDADES
Participar efetivamente de todas as etapas de um processo de desenvolvimento de software, desde a concepção das funcionalidades em conjunto com o time de produto até a implementação, manutenção e versionamento dos projetos.
Codificar e automatizar testes garantindo a qualidade de seu trabalho.
Ter a proatividade em compartilhar seus conhecimentos, contribuindo com desenvolvimento profissional da equipe.
Deverá levar em consideração aspectos relacionados à escalabilidade, performance, qualidade de código e arquitetura de software.
Sugerir melhorias no processo de desenvolvimento.
Buscar constantemente aperfeiçoamento tecnológico, mantendo-se atualizado quanto as mais novas tecnologias e metodologias de desenvolvimentos utilizadas no mercado.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência com o desenvolvimento voltado ao back-end com preferencia em Java,.NET, Kotlin ou Golang.
Conhecimento em SQL, GIT, Maven, Docker.
Excelentes habilidades com Orientação a Objetos, incluindo forte conhecimento em padrões de projeto.
Domínio na criação de testes unitários e de integração automatizados.
Alinhado com o mindset ágil e qualidade.
Visão holística do processo de desenvolvimento de software.
Experiência com metodologias ágeis.
Formação superior em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou afins.
