**The role**
- Responsible for managing single/multiple projects aligned with LR Commercial Bid Notice
- Assist in data collection, analysis and presentation of reports as required ensuring good quality of work and aligned to the KPI’s and agreed processes
- Delivering services to internal/external clients including technical assistance to Project Managers as required in accordance with internal processes/procedures
- Support and assist the Project Managers with all aspects of the bid and tender development process. Ensure all bid support activities are completed on time in order to meet the submission deadlines
- Monitors the budget and overall service delivery for all aspects of the assigned projects through the planning, cost, time and quality control processes, including regular project / contract reviews, invoicing, project reporting and close out
- Supports and co-ordinates deliverables development and carries out reviews as necessary with senior team members or line manager before issuing out to Clients. Ensures LR deliverables are of required standard and quality before they are released to Clients - internally/ externally
- Lessons Learned are recorded and managed for all projects assigned / supported and these are reviewed with Project Manager / line manager throughout the project life-cycle and at close out

**What you bring**
- solid knowledge of Power BI
- Have 1 to 3 years’ experience of project management protocols, ideally working as part of project teams in the marine and offshore industry
- Adaptable and well organised with a practical minded approach and the ability to work to tight deadlines and takes ownership of work assigned and completes to the expected level of quality
- Pragmatic, empathetic and credible with clients and have a high standard of personal presentation with advanced reading, writing and speaking proficiency in the English language.
