**Patents Portfolio Management**
- Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of our portfolio of patents in the field of dental implants and abutments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, R&D professionals and legal experts, as well as external counsel both domestically and internationally.

**Patent Stratagy and Innovation**
- Act as a key point of contact for all inventions and innovations related to dental products, providing expert guidance on patent-related matters.
- Assist project teams by offering comprehensive patent support throughout the development lifecycle.

**Patent Analysis and Risk Assessment**
- Provide internal consulting services in the preparation and review of patent searches, including Freedom to Operate and priority searches.
- Assess risks related to patent rights protection and develop strategies for commercial purposes, product launches and research projects.
- Monitor competitors and analyze their patent portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities.

**Employee Training and Communication**
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on patent-related matters, fostering a deeper understanding of intellectual property rights and best practices.

**What do you need to have or know?**
- In-depth knowledge of patent law, particularly in the United States, Brazil, and Europe, with familiarity in relevant international frameworks such as CUP, TRIPS and WIPO.
- Experience in conducting database searches for patents and inventions, using various platforms and tools.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively working with developers, project managers, lawyers, and senior management.
- Demonstrated capacity for clear and concise communication and the ability to integrate seamlessly into cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and hands-on approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Availability for occasional travel, both domestic and international.
