Job Summary:
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine repair, diagnosis, service, support and upgrades to all Solutions products.
- Develop standard repair and maintenance procedures which will be documented to company and ISO 9000 standards.
- Assist Engineering in development and implementation of system upgrades and new product implementation. Provide detailed product feedback so that corrective action can be implemented.
- Train other technicians in the proper use of assembly/test fixtures and product handling
- Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, system users and company personnel
- Technician will also be required to carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the company from time to time which may include temporary assignments to other product lines or departments

For us, it’s more important to have the right person onboard and we are willing to tailor the role to fit your level of experience. But for you to contribute we think you should at least have:
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, proficient with using electronic test equipment required, e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and signal generators.
- A degree in electronics is considered an advantage or prior work experience in a related field
- Works well under pressure
- Must have strong Communication Skills—oral, written & listening to ensure effective communication with team members, customers, and organizational leadership.
- Responds well to internal and external customer needs
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently with little supervision
