Key tasks and responsibilities

The Accounting Analyst has the following responsibilities and key tasks related to BW Energy’s (BWE) operation in Brazil:

- Assist to Analysis and reconciliation of accounts
- Assist Closing/Review of Trial Balance and Management Reports.
- Assist to prepare SPED (ECD) income statement
- Assist to prepare Depreciation, Amortization e Depletion.
- Assist to prepare Financial Statement (Balance sheet, Income Statement, DMPL, DFC DVA and explanatory Note)
- Assist to Handle external audits
- Assist to Monthly accounting reconciliation
- Assist to Support Cost controller in preparing budget forecasts
- Assist to Monthly Accruals
- Assist to Intercompany analyses
- Assist to annual Audit (KPMG)
- File and archive files and records periodically
- Scan, photocopy and perform administrative work for accounting documents
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with CRC (certified of public accountant)

Interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a structured and systematic way
- Organized and good attention to details
