Product Manager at IntrosMatter

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our product engineering team that helps customers find new relationship qualified leads to grow their business. You'll join an early-stage, small team with the ability to make a significant impact. The product we build helps businesses succeed by finding new customers using authentic, warm, existing relationships, making this an exciting opportunity to shape the future of relationship-driven business growth.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap to drive business growth.
- Lead product development and execution from conception to launch.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Monitor product performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and other teams.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Technical background (Software Engineer, QA, Engineering Manager, business/tech analyst, technical project management, etc.).
- Experience working on a B2B SaaS product.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Advanced level of English.
