As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. - Be responsible to structure Analytics Engineering chapter across Data & Analytics team squads, evangelizing the team members on its practices, processes and projects;
- Develop, lead and implement analytics engineering projects roadmap partnering with peers and stakeholders to define technical/functional requirements for data solutions;
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for collecting, processing and storing large and complex data sets;
- Assess, develop and maintain data solutions across different squads, ensuring assets availability, scalability, and sustainability, leveraging available big data technologies when necessary;
- Mentor and coach team members on technical skills and best practices for analytics engineering;
- Be the bridge between Data & Analytics team and regional stakeholders and promote alignment for Data Environment Projects and Data Platform Products;
- Lead the development and implementation of data management and data quality control processes and procedures;
- Establish frequent alignment with regional stakeholders on data environment, data platform, data products and projects, helping to continuously improve it.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- Experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related fields;
- Experience leading analytics engineering projects;
- Strong understanding of data management, data quality control, and data processing technologies;
- Strong coding skills in Python, Pyspark or other relevant languages;
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at different levels;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Proven ability to mentor and coach team members to improve technical skills and best practices.
