- ** Gerenciar o time de HSE, com foco nos setores de Qualidade, Saúde Ocupacional, Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente, Assuntos Regulatórios e legalização, assegurando compliance em todas as operações, a integridade do colaborador no ambiente de trabalho e a padronização dos processos.**:

- ** Acompanhar o sistema de gerenciamento do setor de Saúde Ocupacional, Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente, Assuntos Regulatórios e legalização;**:

- ** Dimensionar atividades e estruturar headcount do setor;**:

- ** Garantir a atuação da área de forma ativa no projeto de expansão e em todas as operações logísticas;**:

- ** Configurar os KPIs do setor, além de informações relacionadas, incluindo reportes, alertas, campanhas, boletins e lições aprendidas;**:

- ** Garantir que todas as localidades e veículos estejam em conformidade com requisitos legais, respeitando as legislações locais e regionais;**:

- ** Avaliar os riscos de operação e propor soluções/plano de ação para sanar pendências;**:

- ** Participar e suportar auditorias e certificações, garantindo padrão em todas as localidades;**:

- ** Gerenciar o budget do setor;**:

- ** Realizar parceria com o time regional para alavancar as melhores práticas globais.**

**Requirements**:

- Graduação completa em Engenharias com especialização em Engenharia de segurança do trabalho.
- Office avançado.
- Inglês fluente.
- Experiência com liderança de times robustos e de alta complexidade.
- Ter grande experiência com gestão de HSE e Assuntos Regulatórios; principalmente na área de segurança.
- Ter experiência em empresas de transporte, cadeia de suprimentos ou logística é uma vantagem;
- Treinamento certificado em Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente da indústria e padrões regulatórios é uma vantagem.
