**Sobre nosso cliente**:
Empresa internacional no segmento de educação, em momento de expansão de sua operação no Brasil, em específico, no Sudeste e no Nordeste.

**Descrição**:

- Gestão de processos seletivos de profissionais de nível operacional e estratégico, de ponta a ponta;
- Estruturação de processos de Recrutamento & Seleção a nível Brasil;
- Estruturação de projetos e políticas de RH;
- Gestão de equipe técnica responsável por operacionalizar processos seletivos;
- gestão de indicadores de recrutamento & seleção da área;
- Geração de relatórios e reportes para o Global;
- Estruturação de processos de gestão e retenção de pessoas, como mapeamento de talentos e planos de sucessão.

**Perfil desejável**:

- Formação superior em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de RH e áreas afins;
- Inglês avançado (será testado);
- Experiência prévia no segmento de Educação será considerado diferencial;
- Perfil hands-on, analítico, organizado e om visão sistêmica de processo;
- Experiência prévia com gestão de pessoas;
- Experiência com alto volume de processos seletivos em paralelo;
- Experiência robusta com o subsistema de Recrutamento & Seleção.
