**Junior Legal, Compliance, and Privacy Specialist - Brazil (Hybrid Work Model)**

A multinational company is looking for a **Junior Legal, Compliance, and Privacy Specialist** to support compliance operations in Brazil. This is a hybrid role that allows for a mix of remote and in-office work. If you are a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a keen interest in compliance, this opportunity is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Associates, Senior Associates, and Experts with general compliance-related inquiries, including topics such as anti-corruption, anti-trust, and conflict of interest.
- Assist in the interpretation of corporate policies and provide guidance on Third Party Due Diligence checks and approvals.
- Contribute to the Integrated Compliance Management process and effectiveness monitoring for compliance risk areas.
- Provide consultancy on Data Privacy matters and support the operational execution of the Data Privacy Management System (DPMS).
- Help coordinate compliance-driven web-based trainings and communication campaigns.
- Advise business and platform functions on compliance organization and responsibilities.
- Handle administrative tasks within the legal and compliance area.
- Participate in the development of this newly created position, adapting to evolving requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, risk management, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (native or comparable level); proficiency in an additional language of the region is a plus.
- At least one year of professional experience in a related field.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and hands-on team player.
- Good understanding of foreign cultures and willingness to grow in compliance.
- Knowledge of Compliance Management Systems, anti-corruption, anti-trust, and data privacy is a plus.
- Strong process and IT affinity, along with solid project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with management tools.

**Location**: Brazil (hybrid work model)
**Contract duration**: Minimum 12 months
