**ABOUT THE JOB**
Our Business Operations team is searching for their future Operations Administrator. We are looking for a self-motivated and efficient administrator who excels in building trusting partnerships both inside and outside of Bonfire.
Our future Operations Administrator will be enthusiastic about organization and help us operate at peak efficiency by connecting people, processes, and planning. They will also play a critical role in keeping Bonfire legally compliant by keeping our business registrations up-to-date.
This role lies within our Business Operations department and reports to the Director of Operations.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
include but are not limited to:
Update and maintain business registrations to stay in good standing in states and international jurisdictions
Update and maintain insurance with appropriate limits
Update and maintain Bonfire’s internal wiki knowledge base
Communicate with American organizations and government agencies (written and spoken)
Prepare and digitally file both internal and external forms, reports, and other documents.
Assisting in the creation of process documents and presentations
Assist with research and implementation of operational improvements
Prepare, present, and update operations departmental onboarding presentations for new employees
Quarterly planning administration
Organize and plan team building events for Operations
Other duties as assigned
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Graduate and/or
- 2+ years of operations administration experience
- Any appropriate and effective combination of any of the above.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with basic American business practices and laws (ie state registrations)
- Current documents necessary to travel internationally without restriction, including but not limited to an unexpired passport.
- Consistent access to a reasonably distraction free home work space, with reliable access to high-speed internet and use of a smart phone/mobile device.
- Technologically savvy, with strong computer skills and the ability to embrace and adapt to changes to technology that is critical to how we work.
- Good working knowledge of the primary Google business, productivity and collaboration tools/software.
- Good working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs.
