**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Install and configure servers and farms for new clients
Act as primary contact for customers during setup and on-boarding
Hands-on implementation support as needed
Identify, and resolve issues
Create and maintain documentation
Provide on call support

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Experience with WINDOWS administration
Proven experience within an implementation environment
Configuration Management
Microsoft Windows Server install, configure and administer Windows Server to avail useful benefits like Dynamic Access Control, storage pool, and easy backup.
Security and Networking
Supporting and Troubleshooting
Microsoft Patch Management
Experience with Data storage and hosting environments
Experience with network infrastructure management
