**Responsabilidades e Experiências desejáveis**:
Garantir a execução dos planos de construção e cronogramas da obra.
Coordenar o fluxo de trabalho e alocar recursos para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos.
Gerenciar o orçamento e os custos da construção.
Coordenar as equipes de trabalho, garantindo que as atividades sejam executadas de acordo com os padrões de qualidade e segurança.
Gerir fornecedores de equipamentos e materiais necessários para a obra.
Coordenar com subcontratados.
Controle de Qualidade e Segurança.
Programar e fazer cumprir os padrões de qualidade durante a construção.
Garantir que todas as atividades estejam em conformidade com as regulamentações de segurança e ambientais.
Identificar e solucionar problemas ou obstáculos que possam surgir durante a construção.
Tomar decisões rápidas para manter o progresso do projeto.
Manter registros detalhados de todas as atividades e eventos relacionados à construção.
Relatar o progresso do projeto e as questões relevantes aos stakeholders, como a equipe de gestão e os clientes.
