**Introduction**:
As the Associate Manager, Research, you will:

- Learn and support the execution of various research designs, methodologies, analysis and reporting to support client needs and research objectives
- Help ensure data and reports being provided to clients are accurate through necessary attention to detail and high levels of quality assurance
- Perform quality checks on programmed survey links and final data sets
- Prepare data tabulation and banner specifications
- Manage communication between all internal teams, including operations and client service
- Monitor in field progress of research studies and coordinate with project management and sampling teams to ensure that all quotas are fulfilled within the agreed upon deadline
- Create visually appealing PowerPoint reports for clients under the guidance of senior team members
- Attend and observe client facing research activities to develop a client first customer focus

- BA/BS
- Passion for marketing research and technology to support
- Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and meet moving deadlines
- Experience managing through problems and creating effective solutions
- Ability to balance project goals with multitude of logistics requirements and key milestones
- Strong oral and written communication skills - able to understand, interpret, clarify and confirm the requests and needs of others
- Keen attention to detail and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office, with focus on PowerPoint, Word, Excel and the development of charts/tables
- Experience working with data tables is a plus
