You will:

- Manage social media communication, ensuring timely responses and compliance with support standards.
- Monitor conversations for issues or bugs and escalate as needed.
- Create and post engaging content using blog and banner highlights.
- Track engagement and report on social media performance.

**Requirements**:
You are:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role
- Excellent written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and intermediate proficiency in English.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle social media inquiries politely and diligently, redirecting customers to the appropriate support channels when needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
