We are looking for an outstanding UX Designer to work on Amazon’s creative output for the Technology organization in Latin America across several digital products. The UX Designer will seek out the latest developments and trends, conduct discovery exercises with core customers / clients, embed insights from these into day to day creative development working with product managers and engineers and continuously improve the experience of users. This will include benchmarking best design practices within Amazon and building a systematic approach to measure the satisfaction of the user experience.

The UX Designer will:

- Have creative direction to improve the portfolio of digital products managed by the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to improve the user experience wherever possible.
- Manage the backlog of initiatives, including scoping, prioritizing and delivering multiple work streams across a portfolio of products.
- Help maintain a set of best practices and guidelines to reduce and minimize production efforts while maintaining and challenging the beauty bar.
- Create concepts, sketches, graphics, and high-fidelity executions for new and existing products.
- Conduct user discovery studies to influence the long-term evolution of multiple products.
- Support your design work using all available insights including quantitative data and site metrics, customer feedback, and usability findings.
- Present to business and technology leadership.
- Knowledge of information architecture, usability, UI and UX design.
- A strong portfolio of relevant digital creative work.
