- Plastics: With new technology trends, our plastic additives can be experienced in many everyday items including vinyl, blow-molding bottles, film, rigid containers, PVC plastics, siding, decks and rails, foam pipes and profile formulations, window frames and high-efficiency lubricants.
- Industrial intermediates: As the product of a reaction that is beneficial when used as a precursor chemical for another product, industrial intermediates can take on many shapes and forms. Ours are used in home comfort and appliance, building and construction, adhesives and lubricants, and more.
- Coatings: Whether it’s a water-based coating or solvent-based coating, a thin film is deposited on materials to enhance specific properties such as enhanced performance, durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.

**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Ensures financial statements accurately reflect the results of operations and the financial position of the Company.
- Assists the function/business management teams in financial analysis necessary for decision making.
- Records, monitors, reports, and communicates function/business results, and ensures activity is accurate, complete, and compliant to accounting standards.
- Provides financial analysis to function/business management teams as needed for project studies, options analysis, and productivity/benchmarking measurements. Establishes and maintains an ongoing working relationship with other sub-processes and functions.
- Project Leader through collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders (Business Cost, Cost Accounting Expertise Center, Cost Leadership, DSS-Cost, and the various teams in Corporate Cost).
- Identifies root causes of issues and discovers and implements practical solutions.
- Helps drive change to reduce complexity in existing work processes and leads small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Demonstrates technical accounting ability of directly applicable experience and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Responsible for developing global automations impacting entire organization
- Support RPA global team in global project
- Interact with RPA team representing LAA
- Develop and provide new tool, ensuring training to organization

**Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economy
- Languages: Intermediate English | Intermediate Spanish
- SAP & reporting tools
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong skills in access
- VBA skills desirable
