Your mission:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to be part of a delivery team in an important US client. In this position, you will help to build technical solutions in order to solve business problems and to contribute to the evolution of digital products and software. You will also have the opportunity to negotiate requirements and tradeoffs with Tech Leaders and Product Managers from the client and help to build the product roadmap. You have daily contact with people from the client, therefore proficiency in English is a must.
You need experience with:
- Understanding business requirements, pains and improvement points
- Refining the requirements, creating user stories for the development team
- Helping the product manager with the prioritization of the product backlog
- Supporting the development team with the elaboration of solutions
- Validating the results at the end of the sprints
- Working closely with other project leaders to continuously improve the project's processes
- Working with cross functional teams, using best practices and tools related with Agile project management (Scrum framework or Kanban);
- Negotiating with the client;
