Product Life Cycle Planning Manager Lam

**Key Responsibilities**:
Owns the product life cycle (PLM) roadmap for the business divisions/geographies within the span of responsibility, including new product introduction, discontinuations, phase-in/phase-out, product rollouts, product transfers, etc.

Leads portfolio optimization efforts aimed at unlocking improved service level, business growth, and profitability (e.g., lead time reduction, cost productivity, portfolio de-complexity, reformulations, etc.)

Orchestrates operations’ integration for all PLM initiatives, acting as project manager and providing key deliverables such as project timelines, resources plan, impact/risks assessments, supply chain readiness metrics, KPIs, etc.

Collaborates with a cross-functional team (e.g., Commercial, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.) to ensure successful deployment/execution of assigned PLM roadmap and interfaces with the global PLM team to engage on required regional execution activities for globally led PLM initiatives.

Secures minimization of inventory obsolescence/write-offs and operational inefficiencies tied to the implementation of PLM efforts.

Provides coaching/mentorship to the Business Planning organization in the Americas, responsible to lead/supporting talent development initiatives for the regional supply chain team.

**Requirements**:
Experience in project management, in Supply Chain exerting influence and gaining alignment across multiple teams/functions and levels in an organization.

Fluent English and Advanced Spanish;
Background in material planning;
Expertise using ERP and project management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project, etc.)

Bachelor’s in business management, Supply Chain, Engineering or Project Management.
