A fantastic new graduate program has become available at one of Regional Victoria's premier clinics

The practice recognises that a period of support is required to assist graduates in moving beyond day one competencies, to become confident, capable and independent veterinary professionals.

This program aims to provide a meaningful and effective period of support for newly graduated veterinarians as they begin their careers.

This is a work-based program where clinical support, structured learning and mentorship is provided by AVA-trained mentors, senior veterinarians, experienced nursing and support staff, as well as practice partners.

The new graduate program provides mentoring and promotes additional opportunities to graduates as they consolidate their theoretical and clinical skills.

The position would suit a bright, energetic and eager veterinarian.

The practice offers an interesting and diverse caseload. No two days will be the same. The practice sees a variety of cases and only refers if absolutely necessary.

The successful applicant will work in a multi-vet team of experienced veterinarians, sharing a wealth of experience and knowledge in various areas of special interest.

The role will see the successful applicant working out of a modern, fully-equipped hospital.
