**Description**

**Atividades e Responsabilidades**:

- Gerenciar projetos de due diligence focados em trabalhista e previdenciário;
- Realizar análises de folha de pagamento, benefícios, enquadramento previdenciário, convenção coletiva, jornada de trabalho, entre outras;
- Realizar cálculo de contingências;
- Elaboração de relatório;
- Interação e apresentação do trabalho para clientes;

**Competências Profissionais**:

- Ampla experiência em due diligence com foco em trabalhista e previdenciário;
- Gerenciamento de projetos;
- Análise completa dos aspectos trabalhistas e previdenciários, bem como cálculo de contingências e ajustes de EBITDA;
- Experiência em diversos segmentos como Indústria, Comércio e Serviços e sólidos conhecimentos na área Trabalhista e Previdenciária destes segmentos;

**Qualificações**:

- Graduação em Direito, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
- Inglês fluente;
- Pacote Office - desejável Excel avançado e experiência com ERPs;
- Capacidade de análise; espírito de equipe, gerenciamento do tempo, criatividade e inovação e resolução de problemas;
