**About the Role**

The Vehicles program is a two-sided marketplace focused on two primary customers: (1) Earners (people who drive and/or deliver with Uber’s platform to earn money) without vehicles, and (2) Suppliers that provide vehicles. Through the Vehicles program,
**Earners** are able to access a car through affordable, short-term options such as rentals, leases, and fleet driving opportunities. And, we continually partner with
**Suppliers **to help them run their fleet business by increasing their vehicle inventory, improving match rates with earners, and providing them with technology to more efficiently and effectively manage their business.

We’re looking to hire a
**Global Vehicles Program Manager **to help us manage our Vehicles program globally. Specifically, your role will help manage the Global Vehicles program, working closely with regional and local teams, product, business development and customer support to scale and optimize the program. As Program Manager, you will identify the key priorities, monitor metrics and track key programs to completion. By having a holistic view of the program, you will also help ensure that operational best practices are shared across regions.

**What You'll Do**
- Execute important vehicles projects, such as determining which countries and suppliers matter most to the long-term success of the Vehicles program
- Craft our annual global Vehicles strategy - in conjunction with regional teams
- Organize the global Vehicle program across regions and functions
- Help align roadmaps across regions, prioritize product workstreams and partnerships
- Quarterback annual planning exercises
- Identify key themes that could use a global scale
- Regularly interact with senior Ops, Tech, and Business Development leadership at Uber via meetings and reports

**What You'll Need**
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience
- Data-first problem solver with excellent Excel or data analysis skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- 5+ years of experience in strategy / consulting / business intelligence / customer operations or related experience
- Ability to learn quickly and across a diverse and complex ecosystem
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and a demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently, with strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
