We are hiring the best talent to support the operational design of the future financial processes linked to the intended creation of our New Consumer Healthcare Company(NCHC), the **Tech & Process LatAm Team.**

**Purpose**

This role is part of the T&P LatAm Team responsible for confirming overall OneStream (the selected FP&A tool for NCHC) system and process readiness with an end-to-end view in Latam. The person will work with our Global OneStream Lead, Latam Finance PMO, Finance sub-function teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Tax, CCR) and IT groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Core responsibilities include:

- Generate ideas, foster, and implement continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities
- Provide additional input or expertise on specific topics in order to
- Facilitates or creates detailed hierarchies requiring regional / functional input;
- Participates in Sprint Demos and Testing, facilitates or completes key deployment activities, serves as power users and trainers.
- OneStream Design and Build Sprints: Participate in detailed design sessions to clarify detailed requirements and functional design (topic dependent or as-needed) and participate in sprint review demos; provide feedback to be incorporated in future sprints
- Testing:

- SIT: Facilitate / support testing source system data integrations
- BST: Perform test script execution to test functional and technical quality of end-to-end business scenarios; document test results;
- PT: Execute testing of system response time, user concurrency and data volume under high volume transactions
- UAT: Perform test script execution to test functional and technical quality of end-to-end business scenarios; document test results;
- Workday Clean-Up: Distribute guidance, approach, templates for Workday Clean-Up activity within respective region or function; manage completion of activity and perform detailed tracking of status within respective region or function
- Security Role to User Mapping
- Plan Data Conversion / Validation
- Cutover / Go-Lives: Serve as OneStream SME and support power users in regions or functions once live

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Administration, Accounting or Finance
- CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications are preferred

Languages:

- Fluent English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience and Skills Required:

- At least 4 years of professional experience is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies
- Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
- Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines
- IFRS and US GAAP accounting knowledge desirable
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel
- Commercial, internal, BUF FPA.
