**Position**:_Strategic Access & HEOR Lead / Pharmaceuticals / São Paulo, SP_**

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:

- Drive the development of holistic Market Access Strategies and Business and Tactical plans for Bayer Pharmaceutical products (incl. pipeline, launch and in market products), starting from pricing discussions to value propositions to ensure favorable Regulatory, Pricing & Reimbursement outcomes.
- Develop market access solutions through in depth understanding of Brazilian health system, reimbursement environment, insight and analysis of payer trends. Shape the environment 36, 24 - 12 months before new launches, paving out market access internally and externally.
- Uncover the key value drivers for projects in scope from a healthcare system and payer perspective included wider elements of value beyond clinical and economical elements. Develop strategic options for go-to-market approach, evaluate options aligned with the Brand Planning process to ensure cross-functional strategies.
- Ensure access strategy implementation and engagement with external stakeholders. Identify payers critical to uptake of Bayer Pharmaceuticals products and monitor environment, develop engagement plan together with Patient Advocacy and Government Affairs areas for action plan related to reimbursement.
- Cascade the strategies from Brand Plan into payer archetype, developing tools for the Key Account Managers work in the field. Be an agent for the creation of a market access mindset within Bayer Pharmaceuticals through training and other communication initiatives in all cross functional areas (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Financing).
- Be the focal point for Global Bayer Team regarding Integrated Brand Plan, local access strategies and reimbursement and keep transparency regarding the activation plan with global team (ACT), including budget and tactics implementation.
- Ensure alignment of products strategies with Market Access Teams (Public and Private), TAs, Regional and Global Strategic Planning teams and ensure a working environment with ethics and responsibility with key stakeholders and customers in the government (SUS) and health insurances (ANS).
- Budget control of local investments in Market Access projects and expenses of staff.
- Manage the development of HEOR and RWE for Bayer Products with the internal team and external consultancies.

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in the health field);
- Master Degree in Business Administration or Health Management (not mandatory);
- 3 years of experience working with pharmaceuticals market access, marketing or business development is required, preferably with High Complexity Products;
- Strong Project Management skills;
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize execute and follow up in a timely manner and anticipate risks;
- Results-oriented;
- Expertise across the functional pillars of Market Access and a track record of successful Market Access submissions and negotiations;
- Ability to effectively manage external consultancies to deliver high quality outputs;
- Communication across the internal Bayer network;
- Ability to develop strategies aimed at promoting optimal product uptake across all market access levels;
- Mandatory: Advanced/Fluent English (responsible for interaction with the global team - strategy, development of studies, presentations of plans); Spanish is a plus;
- Mandatory: Availability to work in a hybrid way (going to the office twice a week);
- Location: São Paulo, SP.
