**Position**:
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

Genesis is seeking a Project/Delivery Manager to join our Platform team, ensuring we deliver any internal improvements and our solutions to our clients on time. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to understand their focus areas and ensure they are matched with the Platform strategy and key milestones.

**HOW YOU’LL PLAY YOUR PART**
- Work with the Engineering Managers and Product Development teams to help them understand business requirements and input to the solution detailed design.
- Set project milestones and be responsible for keeping track of progress, raising any risks as they arise.
- Communicate internally the features, value, challenges and learning points from specific projects.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, programme and project managers to communicate delivery of work and escalate key risks and issues, whilst maintaining accurate project logs.

**Requirements**:
**THE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING**
- Experience of working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Effective communication style with a wide range of stakeholders, with confidence to hold senior colleagues to account.
- An understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
