**Play a pivotal role in our business**

As LATAM Quality Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System is effective in the LATAM region, overseeing QMS processes related to risk, customer, compliance, execution and continuous improvement.

As a Quality Leader you will be responsible for:
**Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities**
- Audit planning and auditing of QMS processes
- Maintaining ISO 9001 certification for Campinas facility
- Managing processes related to non-conforming materials
- Performing causal analysis and continuous improvement to address defects
- Facilitation of Customer Issue Resolution and improvements based on customer complaints
- Ensuring Quality Objectives are met for the LATAM region

**Required Qualifications**
- Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering, Business or related areas.
- Demonstrate solid experience in Quality
- Demonstrate solid experience in Process Improvement.
- Have fluent English and Portuguese
- Be available to work at our base in Campinas/SP
