Overview:
Leveraging deep integrations into retailers’ point-of-sale systems, InComm is revolutionizing the commerce experience through innovative payments technology. InComm leverages end to end solutions to bring branded activatable products to retailers both in store and digitally. Our process includes everything from card printing, inventory management and forecast analytics, to the development and integration of activation technology in point of sale machines world-wide. From there we leverage our backend platform as a service technology to drive product activation to the tune of several thousand card activations every second. Whether those consumers are activating prepaid products, paying bills, enjoying real-time discounts through a membership card, purchasing digital goods in-store or adding funds to an online account, InComm is there to provide unique gift-gifting opportunities, cater to on-the-go shoppers, deliver added value through loyalty programs and serve cash-based consumers.
We work closely with the leading retailers across Latin America to serve a broad range of consumer needs with our technology solutions, from telecommunications to gaming. More than half of Brazil’s population is cash-preferred, which makes products like prepaid cards more than a luxury. They are a necessity. For many products, like streaming and gaming services, prepaid cards are the only way to give access to these consumers.

About This Opportunity:
Todo is a company that believes that good experiences are what differentiates ordinary companies from extraordinary ones. In this sense, the UX Specialist is primarily responsible for the user experience in their product area. Your role is to guide the team to what needs to be done in the product and confirm what has value for the customer. In other words, the product designer is responsible for defining the requirements of our product through a lot of research and development
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the quality of the user experience, including the impact, consistency, ease of use, and beauty of the final product;
- Partner with the Product Manager and work together on the Product Discovery process;
- Design and help build an amazing UX for our different products;
- Prototype and constantly validate ideas in the real world;
- Conduct user research and testing;
- Create or facilitate the creation of visual interfaces (UI).
Qualifications:
- Time of experience: 3+ years;
- Have a deep understanding of UI. We believe that products should be beautiful;
- Have knowledge and experience with UX and Design Thinking tools;
- Have experience with tools to monitor user behavior and use of the platform.
