The resource must be available to work as per the US timezone (6:30am-2:30pm EST)

Position No. 1:
x4 Identical Resources: Composer, Routing, Routing strategy, modify route, dev in Genesys rules engine.

Position No. 2:
x5 Identical Resources: Developers and integration developers to work to develop custom WWE functionality

Core Qualifications:

- 5+ years of User Interface/User Experience development in Genesys
- 5+ years of experience with hands on development in Java and JavaScript
- Experience in designing, developing, testing and debugging Genesys Workspace Web Edition (WWE)
- Experience integrating WWE with CRM solutions
- Genesys PSDK experience

Additional Desired Knowledge and Qualifications:

- Genesys Web Applications (Client/GWE/GWS) API
- Java or C#.NET development skills
- HTTP, JSON and REST web services
- Genesys Softphone
- Strong programming and integration experience
- Experience in Agile software development methodology and practices
