**Responsibilities**
- Create quality sports and news articles in local language;
- Write copy for social media, blog site, videos, landing pages;
- Ensure quality copies, proofread and edit one’s own articles;
- Research about the sports industry and sports betting industry;
- Work with a team to coordinate the required messaging and communication channels;
- Drive brand consistency across different channels;
- Develop, grow, and maintain our brand’s social media presence;
- Content translation from English to Portuguese;
- Ensure that SEO requirements are met in content and using relevant keywords;
- Perform other SEO related tasks if necessary.
**Required skills and experience**
- Fluent English and Portuguese languages (written and oral) is a must;
- 3+ years of experience as a copywriter or related role, additional experience in digital marketing or equivalent is a plus;
- Knowledge of sports and sports betting is an advantage;
- Full commitment to deadlines and project instructions;
- Strong research skills;
- Genuine interest in sports and sports news;
- Ability to work efficiently remotely.
