**About Binance Seeds of Success Trainee Program**

The Seeds of Success Trainee Program at Binance offers a unique immersion into the dynamically growing cryptocurrency sector.

This full-time role will allow you to access behind-the-scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, instilling valuable insights.

This is a Full Time position, starting from** 23rd/30th September 2024.
**Who May Apply**

Fresh Graduates or talents with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Able to to join as a Permanent Employee from September 2024.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of plans for Big Fiat Growth operations, business development, strategy operations, Payment Channel management, and Product management
- Conduct market and competitive research to support business decisions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression
- Analyze business data to identify trends and provide improvement recommendations
- Support the planning, design, and development of new products and projects
- Collect and analyze user feedback to suggest optimizations

**Requirements**:

- Have a strong interest and passion in cryptocurrencies or blockchain sectors, ideally with project experience in these areas
- Fresh Graduates or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields
