Join Dev.Pro - a US-based outsource software development company that has been delivering exceptional software experience to our clients since 2011.

We invite a well-organized, confident, and driven Personal Assistant to help our President of the company with personal daily tasks. Responsibilities will often include making travel arrangements, organizing events/engagements, managing appointments or calendars, making reservations, placing orders, answering/returning calls, and other similar administrative and support duties. Previous experience isn't required for the role, but fluent English is a must.

- Fluent English (including formal), advanced typing and note-taking
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Structural thinking and ability to prioritize tasks
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and proactiveness, ability to meet deadlines
- Solid time-management skills and the ability to multitask

**Desirable**:

- Experience with travel arrangements (booking, making itinararies, etc)

**What will your role look like?**
- Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders
- Make travel arrangements (book tickets, hotels, and activities, create itineraries)
- Conduct research on the internet (hotels, restaurants, activities, and services)
- Handle correspondence on the company President's behalf
