**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform staffing and budget decisions.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards that provide real time visibility into key HR metrics, including staff allocation, payroll costs, and budget utilization.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align budget setup and control measures.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
- Assist in the analysis and management of payroll and compensation costs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
- Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies based on data analysis.
- Help in the setup and monitoring of the HR budget, providing insights on the variances and areas for cost optimization.
- Prepare regular reports for the Regional Head of HR that highlight key financial metrics and HR operational efficiency.
- Lead or participate in special projects aimed at enhancing HR processes and systems through data analytics.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to best practices in data management.

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboards creation.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and HR information systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes.
- Understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, HR trends, issues and best practices. Finance background preferred.
- Solid track record of building relationships at all levels and proving pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs.
- Ability to problem solve in multiple contexts.
- Oral/written communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization.
- Hands on work when necessary and field work in our schools when required.
