Join us at the Innovation Lab that will shape the future of work. We are looking for transformation agents to join our agile team. Our focus is to foment the culture of Business Agility in corporation to achieve our strategic goals.

In this role, you will work in a team of Agile Coaches responsible for driving transformation, innovation and continuous improvement using systems thinking as the main guide for Business Agility actions.

It is important to have experience with agile solutions, practices and tools because you will actively act at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of the company in order to obtain more organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of an Agile Coach at ADP**:

- **
Change management.** You'll start each day identifying contexts, at the strategic, tactical and operational levels, performing analysis and planning, executing continuous improvement strategies with the areas and monitoring their results.
- **
Coach/Mentoring.** Act as coach of the master Scrums and PO's, directing the focus of the teams to deliver value.
- **
Trainning.** Facilitate agile training focused on gaps identified in the areas of expertise.
- **
Metrics.** Understand through agility metrics the best practices and be executed for efficiency and effectiveness of the supported teams.
**TO SUCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL NEED**:

- Experience within Agile transformation as Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related degree or an equivalent in education and experience.
- Knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and Flight levels (desirable).
- Understanding of metrics of efficacy and efficiency (desirable).
- Experience in trainings and workshops (desirable).
- Experience with OKR's (desirable).
