The Americas Procurement team manages the purchasing activities of all indirect categories for North and South Americas. The primary indirect categories include: Real estate & Facilities, Office Supplies, Physical & Cyber security, Marketing, IT, Professional and Supply chain services. We are looking for a procurement operational role to support the recruiting manager handling all Latin America procurement needs for products and services. You will be responsible for handling procurement requests across multiple indirect categories including, but not limited to Office supplies, Facility management, IT, HR, Supply Chain, etc. - Build category intelligence and insight by conducting deep dive global sourcing analysis and research. - Develop the most suitable vendor pool by utilizing appropriate procurement evaluation tools and processes such as building sourcing strategy, RFx, contract negotiations and partnership management - Provide the best procurement solutions / practices such as portfolio management, total cost analysis, risk assessment, project timing forecast to the business units - Manage end to end procurement cycle including negotiating and executing contracts, monitoring project deliverables and key milestones, developing supplier performance management programs and building business allocation policies & procedures in order to manage supplier contractual obligations/violations - Drive procurement efficiency and implement the best practices by creating contract frameworks, rating cards, catalogue buying, punch out, etc - Build constructive and sustainable partnerships with key business stakeholders and establish in depth knowledge of each business unit that you support - Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant fields; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. - At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 1 year in relevant indirect procurement and/or tech industry. - Understand the foundation of procurement, familiar with procure to pay, end to end process and related system. - Excellent communication skills and analytical skills - Capable to leverage internal and external resources and intelligence to develop the best procurement solutions indecently
