**ADP Labs is hiring a Senior Software Developer**:
ADP Labs is building a new Agile team to improve the integration of Workforce Now (WFN) and Celergo, two of current ADP’s most important platforms, by refactoring existing capabilities and developing new ones.

Workforce Now is an HCM solution fully developed in house by ADP. It’s used by the company mainly in United States and Canada.

Set up in 2003 and acquired by ADP in July 2018, Celergo provides multi-country payroll services to customers in 150 countries by means of a local payroll provider network.

You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team. You will spend most of your day designing, developing, testing your code and supporting your team members. You will be able to deploy your code in production using automated continuous integration and continuous deployment.

You will work with product managers, analysts, architects, UX designers and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and deploy information technology solutions.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day**:

- **Scrums.** We'll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, ID any issues, and communicate coding priorities.
- Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and good coding standards. Your primary responsibility is to deliver features on time.
- **Coding. **We don't code in a silo. You'll talk to everyone from the project manager to Quality Assurance and current customers to understand requirements and create a collaborative output.
- **Conversations.** We're always learning new codes and investigating open-source communities. Knowing what questions to ask is more important than knowing the right answers.

**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:
**REQUIRED**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team

- A well-organized team-player who thrives when juggling multiple projects and aggressive deadlines
- Be responsible for high quality implementation (including code walk through and review)
- Working experience in an Agile environment (perfect fit SCRUM)
- Highly skilled on the following technologies:

- GIT and some repository (perfect fit Bitbucket)
- C#, ASP.NET, MVC 5,.NET Core, Visual Studio, VS Code
- REST and Microservices
- Messaging Queue development experience (MSMQ or RabbitMQ)
- Good experience with:

- A testing framework (perfect fit Microsoft Native Unit Test Framework)
- .NET Security architecture
- Familiar with:

- CI and CD pipelines
- Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL (write, debug and review)
- Performance code tuning (perfect fit also on database level)

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Experience in frontend technologies: HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap
- Experience in cloud development (perfect fit AWS)
- Implementation knowledge on any SSO based solution
