This position is mandatory for applicants who are fluent in English.

The daily routine of the Customer Support position is to anticipate problems, it is one of the most important functions in our organization, it is what guarantees that we will receive good marks in our evaluations. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the guest has their reservation confirmed, that the apartment is ready and that, if something happens during their stay, there is timely support to minimize the impact on the trip.

**Interviews will be conducted in English. Please send a video of a personal presentation in english.**

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**

**Some day-to-day examples of this work**:

- Provide help to operational team at Carpediem Homes;
- Preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance schedules;
- Confirmation of guest data;
- Response to questions regarding the apartments;
- Remote monitoring of cleaning and maintenance
- Send directions about the unit;
- Offer and sell extra services;
- Evaluate guests;
- Guest support during the stay;
- Suggest improvement in the organization's internal processes, mainly in relation to processes related to their position.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of systems and technology use
- Graduation in progress (preferred)
- Previous experience with Customer Success or Customer Service

**Informações adicionais**
- 44 hours / week
- Payout between R$1.889,33 and R$2.592,95
- R$650 for extra expenses
- Flexible hours
