**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Manage sales and deal performance of partner rental companies, continuously seeking opportunities to increase revenue.
- Constantly analyze the car rental market, identifying new business opportunities in international markets.
- Develop strategies to boost results together with the Marketing and Product teams.
- Prospect potential partners and negotiate the expansion of Rentcars in different countries.
- Oversee partners’ products, services, and pricing across different sales channels, proposing actions to increase the company’s competitiveness.
- Track each portfolio of car rental companies, sharing information and actively working to improve overall performance (including availability across all channels, WS performance, NPS, complaints and their SLA resolution, financial status, and commission payments).
- Ensure that all relevant information, including performance reports, is shared with partners to support their market position and joint strategies with Rentcars.
- Support other internal departments to solve problems (Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Growth).
- Analyze and prepare presentations for internal and external use on key market indicators.
- Manage the integration process with rental companies and the departments involved.
- Open tasks or generate tickets to ensure expansion, support, and registration of new partner locations or categories.

**What we expect from you (experience, soft and hard skills)**:

- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Advanced English.
- Previous experience with B2B commercial relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical, proactive, with a sense of urgency and initiative.
- Experience in service companies.
- Emotional intelligence.

**Differentials**:

- Experience in the Rent a Car industry;
- Experience in process improvement projects;
- Experience with commercial prospecting;
- Knowledge of Tableau and HelloSign.
