**_Estagiário People Tech_**

**Key Activities**
- Support to users in the technical service of requests/issues related to the Workday system through Global and Local Services Tools (Jira, Service Now);
- Resolution of requests / incidents according to the service catalog;
- Maintain tickets/ cases (logs) for each conversation. Ensure proper documentation & follow-up;
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery & adherence to agreed performance levels (SLA's, customer satisfaction etc);- Ability to analyze and prioritize occurrences, directing the requests received to the Global solution team;
- Contribute to updating the knowledge base indicating continuous improvements;
- Support in updating and controlling department procedures and knowledge management materials.

**Qualification**- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined problems as well as ability to think abstractly.
- Proficient written and verbal communication in English
- Technical knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office;
