The International Talent Acquisition Specialist is in charge of executing full cycle recruiting for international by working with hiring managers and HR Business Partner to fill current vacancies by pro-actively recruiting within Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Oceania.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Manage the full recruiting cycle process for International Job requisitions within all Business Unit.
- Work with hiring managers to review, analyze, and clarify job specifications/requirements, competencies/skills required, understand business operations, and develop a recruiting tactical plan to fill each staffing need.
- Post job descriptions within the ATS or LinkedIn and share link to hiring manager.
- Update hiring supervisors/HR Team on status and cycle of recruitment.
- Request background check for specific roles/countries.
- Maintain library with updated job descriptions per country.
- Updated the Talent Acquisition report in a daily basis and send a monthly report to division heads.
- Maintain relationship with agencies, follow up the agreements and work with them for high level job requisition as needed.
- Any other task related to the disposition of the job title.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- +3 years of HR/recruiting experience.
- Bilingual preferred; English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin.
- Experience using ATS: Kronos, SAP, Silk Road, etc.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to effectively relate to others.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality essential.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, exhibit a sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
