Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families. **About the Role** We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in performing reconciliations, handling documentation, and supporting communications with factoring companies across the U.S. **Responsibilities** - Perform bank reconciliations by validating received amounts against loads submitted to factoring companies. - Execute the daily cash closing routine, ensuring all incoming payments are properly recorded. - Prepare and organize supporting documentation for internal and external audits. - Manage and maintain documentation related to the factoring process. - Communicate with internal teams and external financial partners. **Requirements**: - Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. - Basic level of English. - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools. - Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Initiative and ability to work independently. **Extra information and Benefits** - On-site in Joinville, SC - Health and dental plan - Paid vacation - Holidays off - Parental Leave - Wedding Leave - Flash card (supermarket and restaurants) - Total Pass - Clude Saúde - Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance - Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Autônomo / PJ Pagamento: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 por mês **Benefícios**: - Assistência médica - Assistência odontológica - Vale-alimentação Possibilidade de deslocamento/mudança de local: - Joinville - SC: Deslocar-se ou se mudar para o local da vaga antes de começar a trabalhar (obrigatório) Idioma: - Inglês (obrigatório)
